What do you want to know? It's a small gated community with a marina off of West Terry. The lots are over $300,000 AFAIK.

I really liked Bonita Springs for its convenience. I mean, you're in a pretty town (except for a few undesirable areas) and very close to Bonita beach. Barefoot Beach will also be very close to you. I'm not sure if you can get a sticker if you live in Lee County, however, and it costs $6 to park. You also have Wiggins Pass State Park down the road, and Lover's Key in the other direction. So for beach lovers, it's an ideal location.

West Terry continues to Old 41 which isn't the best area, although it's safe during the day. Brendan Cove is close to Route 41, and it's gated, so I think it's a pretty safe location. You would be very close to Pine Ave too. That's where the library is and this rec center. Coconut Point Estero is about 5 miles north and that's about all the shopping anyone needs. There's also a Farmer's Market from Nov-April. Bonita Springs has a Flea Market too.

Not to go off topic, but I was on Bonita Beach Road Wed afternoon and there were police cruisers everywhere. Someone said there was a bank robbery. So you never know where crime will happen.

After responding, I realized that I was again posting on a thread asking about a culturally diverse area, so probably your questions belong on another thread.

Me and my husband are thinking about moving from Boston to Tampa and I'd like to know a little bit more about it. We went for a short vakay and we loved what we saw but we're a little confused about the good areas to live, rent etc... If someone could share some good advice it'd be really appreciated! Thanks in advance...

why the coast? Gainesville is a beautiful family town a short drive from both coasts. Weather is nice and no hurricane scares. Rolling hills, great agriculture. Did I mention that its a great place to raise a family?

You may want to ask that question differently.
Because West Florida is a long way from here. And it no longer exists.
