Thanks, Cobalt! In my case, it's really timely.

Those folks are like the Keystone Kops. I'm on the phone to the FHA every other day and we all can't believe how confused these bozos are. They find a way to screw up absolutely everything they do and it isn't me they are hurting, but themselves.

Too big to fail, my butt. If you or I acted like this we would be in a lean-to in the woods. Wait a minute. I take that back. They are my mortgagor and they couldn't manage to foreclose on me if they wanted to. Good I'm honest, eh? But they foreclose on a couple that bought a home with cash and never had a mortgage with them.

I love it. Locked them right out of their own bank. Good.

Frustration with BOA runs deep in America, I personally have nearly given up on getting our short sale through BOA. Last we heard they lost the paperwork now, this is after being told we will receive the letter of approval within 24-48 hours...a MONTH ago??? I can't imagine the level of frustration felt by the person who is actually trying to SELL their home via short sale with BOA? We are just the buyers and we have had it with their total lack of professionalism. I hope to be able to read more stories like the one in this link!

I gave these goofs my phone number last year. I even faxed it over to them in February and April. A couple of weeks ago a women told me that there is note after note saying that they've tried it and it's not a working number, even though I was talking to her on that line.

What's going on is most people over there aren't doing their jobs. I have never seen anything like this.

I fax stuff over and they lose it. Every time. Over and over. This has been going on since last year. Or they say they got it but it's too late. No matter what. I could fax the stuff right after speaking to them and it's too late.

Now they claim they are sending someone to my house to pick up my paperwork. God bless him. I said to the nice lady at BofA, "Watch. The poor guy or gal is going to get hit by a truck."
