I think that over a years period, the cost of having clean drinking water from a well will probably equal what you would pay the city for water. And once the RO unit is paid for, then having a well is definitely cheaper than city water.

The North section is not improved yet asnd the assessments will be about $25,000.00 per house

Not to mention that the North doesn't have city water, or at least most of it doesn't yet because it isn't built up.

I would stay away from the north right now. Too many forclosures and it's not going to get any better any time soon.

I think the northeast has alot to offer. Lots of new stores, easy to get to US41 and I-75, Lower HOI, Most of the homes are newer homes, Forclosures are the best priced homes.
