My guy does it for $35/mth during the winter(every two weeks he cuts) and $70/mth for a weekly cut once rain season gets here. I am on a corner lot, so I have more to cut than the average. He also does the limp removal from my Arecas, sprays for weeds in my flower beds, weed wacks, blows the clippings and one time he mulched my entire garden for just the cost of mulch.
I had two companies before do it. One charged $95/mth, and scalped my lawn the first cut and then it died. As trump would say "you're fired". And the other charged $80, and didn't weed wack or blow the clippings off my sidewalk/driveway.

DM if you want his info.
I would LOVE to get your guy's info" $35 is pretty darn good, Not sure if you can e m my wife directly but if so, my wife is taking charge of this, and can be reached at elainecarmack@yahoo.com
Many many THANKS!!

Good god...35 bucks to have your lawn cut twice a month! How does that poor guy make a living?

Of course, he probably charges everyone something different, depending on the amount of work/landscaping needed. I have like 0 landscaping. A few arecas, and some plants in the front. Our grass takes 15min to cut. Some winter weeks he doesn't need to come out because we have the bahia grass that goes dormant...so that is probably how
I also have given him tons of business throughout the years, he continues to please.

I live out in North Fort Myers, on a couple acres, with a fair amount of landscaping. I have a commercial mower and commercial grade weed eaters, edgers, sprayers and blowers. It takes me an hour to mow, and another two hours to do the rest if I actually do everything. Most of the time I skip edging one week, or skip spaying one week or skip weedeatimg altogether.

I need some cheap slave labor like you have!

I moved to Cape Coral in 2008 and until 2010 I changed about 5 companies. I had all big name companies and I was not satisfied with any of them. There is a big difference when the company owner is also a technician as opposed to big name companies hiring cheap labor who really don't care, they just want to get it done quickly and get out of the heat.

Don't have info on him.....but I have a guy who cuts my yard and several other in the neighborhood. He has been everything you asked for. I wont go into how much he charges, that's between you and him. I will say he charges me less than the above quoted price. He does quality work.

I know this was a while back but do you still have this deal and is it common? Sounds like he works for peanuts.
