I am looking for an apartment for me, my husband and our young son. We have looked online at various complexes (prefer southwest) but I keep finding conficting info. Just when I see a place I like I find out there are shootings there or there are income restrictions, or the place is actually falling apart, etc.

Can anyone suggest a good apartment to look at? We are in the price range of $600-700.

Ones we are considering are Time Corners Crossing, Autumn Creek, Chestnut Hills, Westwind, Coventry Ct, Candlelite.

Can anyone help?

I don't really know about any of those, but I would suggest Pointe Inverness, Willows of Coventry, or the Hunt Club.

Southwest has numerous apmt complexes to choose from. You are not going to find a perfect apartment because everyone has their own experiences. My advice would be to stay on the west side of I69..you will feel much safer this way.

My husband is renting in the Hunt Club, he says there are lots of families there and but it's not noisy either. He likes it. Some of those apartments you listed are low-income. I don't know your financial situation, but unless you make under a certain amount you often can't rent at some of them.

I have lived in Hunt Club and Pointe Inverness. Both are older and I doubt I would live at either (Moved out 2004) at this time, but Pointe Inverness is better of the two.

Yeah stay west of I-69 but don't go near Preston Pointe

Pointe Inverness and willows of Coventry are the same everything

Most important though come and visit, do not sign a lease sight unseen. if that means you live 6weeks in a extended stay hotel, OK that is better than being stuck with a 12 months lease for a place you hate because you never checked it out in person
