Assuming you mean "pond" as in a body of water - the largest I know of is Lake Kekionga in the Southwest area (46804) of Fort Wayne by Haverhill Elementary School off of Liberty Mills Road (near the corner of Homestead Road). The houses there are on the water are valued within that price range. Coincidentally, on a bike ride the other day I saw a FSBO over there with great lake view, wooded extra lot, indoor pool, and a large home - and the price was somewhere only in the 200k range (leading me to believe the house might need some work). I'm not kidding, if I already didn't have a great home, I'd look at this place.

So we drove around the lake and found the house ,I was really impressed with the lake ,it is the largest residential pond/lake in Ft Wayne I have ever seen ,but the house unfortunately is actually not on the lake ,but we will keep watching for any upcoming listing on the lake .
Thanks mbuszu ,never thought we have such beautiful lake in Ft Wayne
