Which internet providers are dominant in FW?

What connection speeds are the most common?

What are some typical monthly costs for internet only?

I recommend using Google for this type of question - most of the providers actually have zip code or telephone number "search for service availability" forms on their sites. There's only about 5 major providers in the US today and we all know their names.

Thanks for the response. I'm not in the U.S., and haven't been for several years. I use this forum because it's a generally a quicker and more reliable way to get local information. Google might tell me what is available in Fort Wayne, but not which are the better options.

If you can do Verizon FIOS - that's the fastest and best (need to check your address for availability on their site). Otherwise it's Comcast which you ought to go with because they are the other large player. One or the other or both will be available to you. Stay away from secondary carriers which actually lease the bandwidth of these other two companies.
