Anyone have any opinions on this section?

General impressions of that section from anyone who knows it well is what I'm after; not familiar with that section and am considering a wee house there on Raymond St, another on Rodgers Ave.

Many thanks!

I'm familiar with that part of the city, despite not living there. One of my customers is located just east of there.

I'd recommend a different part of the city, that part is kind of run-down. There's a possibility the area around the old GE complex where it straddles Broadway, west of where you're looking, may pick up in property values some due to some development of that GE complex over the next few years. Home prices around there are cheap, but the area is near to a lot of amenities, downtown, the ball park, etc.

Another area I'd recommend is the Sherman/Spring area, and a little west and north of there. High Street. Oakland. Etc. Pretty quiet, good mix of folks, etc.
