We looked at all the same builders for over a year, but ended up building with Graham Hart. We just moved in a couple months ago and we were extremely pleased with them... we are in Fairways of Champion Circle near the racetrack. It's Fort Worth, but Denton County taxes (still close to Keller; where we lived before).

Have you looked at Standard Pacific and/or Plantation homes in Saratoga? Some big lots and and floor plans. The neighborhood is quiet and very family oriented. They also have homes for sale in the neighborhood that are barely lived in and I am sure you could get a deal on homes in the neighborhood right now.
