You can also call the Texas Psychological Association and ask for names in your area of therapists who treat whatever you want to address. Not every therapist is an expert in all areas.

Perhaps you are just overwhelmed with what is going on in your life. Try getting several massages by a licensed massage therapist first. Yoga practice helps to reduce stress too! I would not trust getting involved with any religious affiliation! Many are very judgmental and full of themselves! Local mental health centers offer counseling and many accept insurance or sliding scale fees. Good luck!
