Hi North Texasers,

If you could choose between one of these subdivisions in North Fort Worth, which would it be? We are considering buying a new home in one of these. Arcadia Park would be Khov, Tehama Ridge would be DR Horton. Price range and square footage are comparable. We don't have kids yet but want some soon and both school districts seem good. The area around Arcadia Park seems to have it's share of foreclosures and the area around Tehama Ridge seems kind of 'out there.' I guess I'm saying a more rural feeling and who knows what all those fields out there will be in the future. Love to hear your thoughts, thanks.

Between those 2 builders, I'd add First Texas Homes in Woodland Springs.

i don tknow abou tthat other place but it turns out i drive past tehama ridge every day. its kinda out there i guess but all you have to do is drive east on tarrant parkway and at beach street and main street theres everything. wallmarts and drug stores and pizza places and a 7-11 where you can buy beer. liquor stores are a bit more of a drive. i'd say you are 15 minutes from a bunch of commercial places. theres an urgent care clinic close by. you can actually place an appointment on-line and then they'll call you when its time for you to come in. not for nothing - thats freakin amazing. you'll appreciate that when you have kids ansd they get ear aches on a sat.

Arcadia Park. The schools and neighborhood are WONDERFUL over there. When we buy we will def choose there...we rent and will soon make it back in that neighborhood.
