Hey Y'all,
So, we made it (by car with 2 kids!) here from Delaware about a month ago. (oh geez, guess I should change my screen name? "BigStateFun?") We've been in corporate housing for a few weeks in Fort Worth, and will be moving into a rental home in Arlington mid-October.

We were wondering if there is some particular real estate website local to the area that local people prefer... something that perhaps combines the info of realtor.com with that of Moderator cut: can only mention realtor.com Ideally we're looking for a 4b/2ba/pool/gascooking home in the $200-250k range in the Martin high school feeder pattern of Arlington.

We have found the local county sites with tax info to be faboo. All these sites together are awesome. But if someone could msg us info on a specific site that would be super. We have a nice realtor (relo-associated), we're just looking for a lil extra oomph. Kwim?

Thanks in advance!! -Shannon

Folks, remember you cannot post any RE site except realtor.com, so send the OP a DM if you have something else to offer.

Realtor.com is the ONLY website that has ALL the listings on the market listed by Relators. No other website does no matter what you are told. So don't give yourself a headache looking anywhere else. It is synchronized witht the MLS to update within the hour as opposed to other sites that may upate daily or weekly and still don't have ALL the listings.

On another note, since you have a Realtor, they can do a customized search for you based on the school itself only and you get notification instantly from the MLS the moment a new listing comes on the market, or has a price reduction.

Welcome to Texas!
