Which is the cheapest option for electricity connection on month to month basis in Fort Worth? (preferably without any connection/disconnection/termination fee)

Also, are there any internet providers on m2m basis? Thanks.

I, too, have AT&T UVerse and love it! I have their UVerse U200 TV and Internet package. Mine is month to month, I don't have any kind of contract, and it's only around $70 for both.
