last kid flying the coop. looking to move into a smaller place and enjoy downtown life. walk to city center etc. want to give up the lawn mowing and pool cleaning chores.

work in Arlington.

looking for a townhome perhaps .... but open to suggestion

It's nice to see someone wanting to flee the suburban wasteland for the central city on this forum, for a change, rather than the other way around.

What is your ideal price range?

I understand that stuff is expensive. I am thinking something in the 200-300K range. Will need a 2BR/2B place of around 1400 sf.

If you go to the Keller-Williams website, Real Estate, Homes for Sale, Luxury Homes and Commercial Real Estate | Keller Williams Realty, you can search the MLS listings for properties listed for sale.
