Well I am personally so thrilled to report that Wal-mart will anchor southeast Fort Worth development. It has been long over due for the residents of Eastwood, Stop Six, Rolling Hills, etc.

Walmart Supercenter will anchor Renaissance Square | Business | Dallas Business, Texas B...

Wow... I am gonna have to call my grandmother over in the Morningside area with that great news. Although I now spend most of my time on the other side of the Metroplex, I still spend a lot of time back where I am from, and will enjoy being able to shop in my own neighborhood rather than have to travel miles and miles away...

There are also Wal-Marts planned for South Dallas, from a thread I saw on this forum a few weeks ago. It's good to see development happening in some of the neglected city neighborhoods in North Texas. The suburbs ain't all that and no bag of chips.
