Odd request... Anywhere in Ft. Worth or the surrounding area one can find baked (not fried) empanadas?

Thanks!

There's a place on Beltline in Irving near just a bit south of Walnut Hill on the west side of the street..... lots of variety!

They also make a mean Huevos Rancheros! And check out their big brother, Joe T. Garcia's (just around the corner) for a delicious dinner.

Their migas are awesome.....as well as the shrimp dishes. I love Joe T's, too.....but don't order a house margarita. That's the weak link in this restaurant dynasty.

I swear they must put ever-clear in their margaritas. I had two over dinner and was so wasted that I didn't remember the ride home.
