Does anyone know what the restrictions are concerning dogs in the Heritage master-planned community in Fort Worth (zip 76244)? A friend recently told me her daughter lives there and is not allowed to have more than two pets. She said her daughter lives in "Heritage Heights" but I'm not even sure that exists. I know Heritage is different from Heritage Glen. I find the whole area a bit confusing. Seems some of the builders wanted to make people think this area is Keller and also liked to use the word "heritage" a lot in the names of various subdivisions.

The part I'm mainly interested in feeds to Bette Perot Elem. and has the nice amenities (four pools, etc.). I have three dogs and I am certainly not willing to part w/ any of them, so this would be an issue. If a covenant does exist that limits residents to two dogs, any suggestions for other subdivisions that do allow three dogs would be most helpful. $ range for buying would be $170-180 and for leasing would be about $1500-1800. I'm trying to find something in Perot, Lonestar, or maybe Eagle Ridge school zones.

Thanks in advance for any info.!

I have read other posts where some people say there is a limit on dogs within a household
best thing to do is check out the HOA site--
I am sure it is online somewhere and maybe you can get clarification from either reading the rules or emailing someone on the HOA board
