Looks like I will be moving to Fort Worth in about a month and I will need a place until we can buy a house. I will be working for the Miller brewery, and my fiance will come after the wedding in a couple months.

NEEDs: Garage, Pet friendly (small dog), Decent Area.

Wants: Town House, TCU area, small yard.

Money is also a factor as we each have mortgages in NM, at least until we sell those houses. She found some nice apartments that offer garages off of Hulen but a small one bedroom would be about $1000 once you add the garage and pet fees. That just seems like too much for less than 700 sq foot of living space. Is that average for the area?

Does anyone know of a rental managment company that has some town houses?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks ~G

Townhouses in the TCU area that offer what you want are probably going to be rather pricey. For that price you could rent a house with garage in other areas. Burleson/Crowley areas would offer a house in that price range, not sure about garages included with apartments though. From what I have seen of apartments in the Fort Worth area, that would be rare.

The area immediately surrounding the Miller Brewing Co. I would avoid, but it gets better as you head further south or west.
