Washington has got to stop over-managing this team...
pulling Murphy for Gentry...get real...
and he wasted Ogando with that second switch...and what did it get him or the Rangers...nothing...

and Hamilton has got to start hitting...I think his goin pull is worse than he is telling anyone...he has no power to hit anymore...

Gentry was switched for a match up. Playing in the national league park is going to result in a lot more tinkering with the lineup and pitching. If they had won, it wouldn't have been called over-managing.

This is not the only time Washington has done something like this--
and I always think it is over-managing...
He should have left Murphy in--his stats are better than almost any other Ranger for post-season.
He could have used Gentry for Ogando if he wanted to pull the pitcher, and then traded Gentry for Hamilton in the field...since he has been pretty much useless lately...that second pinch hitter had not taken an at-bat in 6 weeks...there is no way he is ready for a moment like he faced...
at least CJ pitched a better game than his other post season starts...
there is no way he is worth what he will pull in on the free-agent market this winter...and I don't think the Rangers should really bid for him if he can't pitch better than he has in post season...
what is the point of winning in regular season if your starting pitchers can't carry their load in post-season...Such poor performance just seems to show they faced mainly mediocre teams in regular play...
