Still investigating possible places to live/relocate to, and stumbled across a reference to Walsh Ranch. Apparently will be a HUGE development on the southwest side of FW, surrounding the confluence of I-20 and I-30. Saw one note that estimated it will ultimately have over 40,000 residents.

Does anyone know if this project is still viable and in the works? If so, any word on when they'd be ready to start building houses? This would be a great location for me.

Thanks.

I drive through that area once a month, and I've not seen any new development or signs. There might be something further off the highway, but from the interstate, I haven't seen anything.

I haven't seen anything new about it in a while, but here's a link to their website.
