Need a nice park for me to put my mobile home.
I am an elderly woman on a fixed income and I am hoping for something not too far out of town and in a very good safe area.

Grapevine, Las Colinas, Keller, Southlake or I will consider anything near HEB also.

Southlake has one mobile home park:
Villager Mobile Home Park, 4699 T W King Road, Southlake, TX 76092-2060, 682-237-7254

Grapevine has 2 mobile home parks:
Trailwood Mobile Home Estates, 2800 Mustang Drive, Grapevine,TX 76051-5886, 817- 481-3815 Personally, I would NOT call this one "nice" since they mostly just rent old, ugly trailers and the streets through the park are horrible. It also has a fair amount of crime.‎
Wheel Estates Mobile Home, 3107 Mustang Dr, Grapevine, TX 817) 481-2131

Colleyville/North Richland Hills has one mobile home park:
Oak Leaf Mobile Home Park, 817-788-9742 8100 Precinct Line Rd, Colleyville, TX

The one that I have driven by in Keller/North Fort Worth is:

Keller/North Fort Worth on 1709/Golden Triangle Blvd
Lexington Place
11001 Rancho Pl , Keller, TX 76248
(817) 745-5399 ‎
Category: Mobile Home Park
Lexington Place ( 817) 745-5399.
Keller 76248

*Note: Widening of Golden Triangle Blvd may affect traffic within the next year or two.
There is a large hospital being built less than a mile away from this location.
Close to 35W, and other access to stores and other amenities.

I know you did not input Arlington, but there is a large mobile home park the street from Rangers Baseball Park in Arlington.

Default May be no easy to find.

May not be easy to find as many areas the trailers are grandfathered in and cities often are not to nice in honoring past law and regulations. There are some clean trailer courts in Dallas. There is always also the possiblity of getting "notice to leave" for redevelopment.

I would much rather see trailer courts with people paying thier own way the Section 8

Thank you for the help. You were correct about the ones in Grapevine.
I did go thru them and the one in Southlake....They were not nice at all.

I am still looking though if anyone has ideas.

The problem here is that the only trailer parks in this area are going to be OLD. The cities no longer allow trailer parks to be built because they are an "eyesore" and the old ones only survive because they are grandfathered in under code enforcement.

Here's one in Euless that is newer and looks nice when I've driven by:
Harston Woods
10920 Harston Woods Drive
Euless, TX (817) 540-2000
It's off of Trinity Blvd, which is south of 183.

There is one in Coppell as well.

The golden Triangle one and the one on Alta Vista in NWFT Worth I would not recommend due to all the construction and traffic. But the Golden Triangle one looks better than the Alta Vista one.

This area its hard to find "nice" mobile home parks, unlike in Flordia, AZ etc... where alot of retirees snow bird, those are nice.

Good luck and I will keep my eyes open as I drive around!

Have you thought about selling it and finding a nice apartment? just something to ponder
