Copperfield Apartments
6051 S. Hulen St.
Fort Worth

Anybody familiar with this complex? It is becoming my number one choice based on Internet information. But sight unseen, let alone visited, it is very hard if not impossible to judge if a complex is well run, maintained, quiet, safe, friendly, etc.

So if anyone has personal experience or has visited as guest or anything like that, and can give me some better intel than ads on the Internet, I would be so grateful.

Thank you in advance...

Sorry;
Cannot help you there; of course I have shopped at the Hulen mall and stopped by the walmart
and stuff.
But wanted to inform you there was another person that was posting that they were relocating and moved to the Hulen area south of I-20.
I am not sure if they did say the name of the apartments they moved to. But if I remember correctly they were satisfied with the area.
If you have an opportunity, you may choose to use the search feature on the forum and possibly peruse some entries for the past summer on people moving to fort worth and living around Bryant Irvin or South Hulen. They may be at the same apartments that you are referring to as well.

Good Luck

FYI:
I am not referring to the person who responded to your posting about being by the naval air station.
The posting I am referring to must have been older, possibly a few months ago.

Good Luck

Yes, there was someone who was moving here from Fla. and he was going to teach at TCU. They had a dog but no kids. That's the most I can remember! LOL!

I had a friend that lived at Copperfield and it was okay. I recall it was nice, but forgettable. Would like to recommend, however, the Marquis at Willow Lake. I lived there for a number of years until I bought a home. They're all "row-house" style-apartments, done up in stucco. Each one has a garage and a balcony. A number of them have views of the lake. It was very nice, well-maintained, and wasn't polluted with overprivileged college kids puking on the weekends like my friends had a couple of miles north at the Marquis at Stonegate. Check them out.

Ah, I should have mentioned that I am trying to keep my rent on a one-bedroom to not much more than $600. The Marquis looks lovely but is out of my price league.
