Oh hell no. My sister lived at apartments Willows of Windhaven and she couldn't even bring in groceries, in 2 trips to the car, without something disappearing. Break-ins were a regular thing and once someone was still inside when she came home. They would do things like take food out of the fridge, ransack the place and then use the toilet and not flush it. The apartments across the street were condemned and bodies were found there frequently. She even got jumped by 3 guys at a corner store next to the police station. Stay away. Theres a good reason the rent is so cheap.

No. The two complex teardowns 10 years ago were a good start, but not enough. A lot of potential but may take years to get there.
