I have been researching "Light Farms" which is coming to Celina this Spring.
Cannot find much on the Community as far as house and lot sizes, prices, etc.
Anyone have additional info on Light Farms? Thank You! ... B in McKinney!

I haven't found much info on this subdivision either. I do know that the houses will be built in multiple phases, in the first phase there will be about 230 houses built. The houses will start at about $200,000 and will start to be sold in April of this year. Here is an article from the Celina Record that was written in December Star Local News > Celina Record > News > Growth spurt: Light Farms development could dramatically increase Celina population

Hey, there! Light Farms just broke ground in May, so there are not homes built yet (to my knowledge). I am aware of 1 builder who will be constructing homes in the neighborhood - LionsGate. The projected date for construction is this coming spring. Thanks!

Can anyone give an update on light farms? What the general feel of neighborhood? Is it diverse with families from all professions? Would you say middle class? Upper middle class? How far from dfw airport is it? Very interested in this area for possible relocation! Thanks!
