I've been paying for at least 3x what I'm supposed to be getting as far as internet speed is concerned. I don't have TV or phone service. All I'm concerned with is internet. AT&T already came out once and it worked for about 24 hours but now I'm speedtesting at the same low speeds. I'm paying for up to 24 mbps and I'm consistently testing at about 4-7 mbps. I'm thinking of switching to Time Warner internet service since it appears that they and AT&T are the only providers in my area. Anybody have the same issues with Time Warners internet service? I dont want to switch if I'm only going to be dealing with the same issues. Thanx

I have TWC for internet only in Euless. My bill is $45/mo and SpeedTest.net just showed 16mbps down and 1mbps up. I haven't personally had any issues with internet speed but I have had about three outages during the time I've had it (two years). I went with TWC first because there was no contract or upfront fees so I could switch easily if it didn't work out, but so far I've been happy with it. Good luck on whatever you decide.
