Hello all.. So my wife and I were all set to move to Dallas and were going to live in West Village while working in Las Colinas. Things have changed and I'm looking into Ft. Worth. I know the two are very different, but where are some areas that I might like if I love West Vil? We're 32 and 25 yrs old and no kids. My wife loves to jog and workout and loves the outdoors but we do want a somewhat "urban" environment.

Can you offer some suggestions on where to look? We're also looking into 2br apartments. Kinda the midrise feel.

Thanks!

Interesting... That does look like a nice area. I'm guessing its safe enough for my wife to feel ok?

VERY safe. Fort Worth is not like Dallas at all. You can walk all over downtown and the cultural district and never fear for your safety.

The Trinity Trails, which follows the river, are great for runners/bikers and are very safe. Also check out the apartments off University and Riverside Dr, you are 5 mins from downtown and right on the river.
