Do you know anything about the Markum Ranch area? It's located west and a little north of Benbrook just south of 20. I know the schools are Ft. Worth but they look ok except maybe the High School, still researching that. This is an example of what we are looking for: 4517 Del Ridge Road, Fort Worth TX - Trulia
Just wondered if you've heard anything about this area, how the houses are built, schools, etc.

I don't know much about the subdivision in general. However, I've been into the front of the subdivision (Markum Ranch Addition) a few times as that is where the dog trainer I'm using lives. I've only driven further back in once or twice. It seems like a nice subdivision. Lots seem on the larger size...several double lots. Houses seem mostly pretty well maintained, nice yards, etc. The times I've driven through, not many seem to be for sale.

According to the Tarrant County Appraisal District, they are Fort Worth ISD. According to FW ISD School Locator, that area is zoned for Westpark Elementary, Benbrook Middle, and Western Hills High School. But honestly, I don't know anything about how those schools are rated.
