Long story short...home not on the market, but may be sold.

We are meeting with potential buyer to iron out details Aug. 10th. We are in need of a real estate attorney to draw up paper work, protect both parties' interest and to close etc. I don't know if this is pertinent in the choice but this is a ~$600k property including, home, barn on 11ac. with Ag Exemption in Parker County.

Need recommendations please.
Thank you!!

You could always phone a local title company to have them close the sale and use their attorney. I have done this several times.

Okay, thank you for the advice!

Will they draw up all of the paper work including all contracts etc since we have no realtor involved whatsoever?

Thanks again!!

Yes, they will do everything. You don't need a realtor. They can gice you a TREC contract to fill out with uour buyer. Your buyer will have to get his funding in place just like every buyer must. All realtors do is call the title company, you can make that same call yourself. They will also have their own attorney.
