Can someone recommend a nice area to live in the North Fort Worth area?
Thanks,

North Fort Worth is a vast growing area. There are many nice areas, with a wide variety of neighborhoods. Can you be a little more specific about what you are looking for? House size, land size, neighborhood type, city or country, convenience, retail, master planned community, commute time, housing price, etc? Do you have kids or want more of a retirement resort area?

Its a daunting task when you look at the area and available to a lot of people, if that makes sense.

I'm not from TX, but have visited the Saginaw area of FtW frequently and thought it was a nice established area but still offers lots of growth, as well as the area around heritage-trace pkwy off of 35W.

Fossil Creek off 820 and Beach Street is nice.

Be careful of the area immediately north of downtown. That's called the "North Side" and is pretty rough...
