I am a young professional Engineer. I'm 24 yrs old and currently live in Addison circle by the galleria in Dallas. However i recently got a job on 7th and commerce.

I'm wondering what there is to do in fort worth that's on the same social outgoing level as uptown or Addison circle. I don't want to move and not have things to do.

I haven't heard of places where singles gather in fort worth the same way they do in Dallas. Does a place like that exist?

West 7th, west of downtown, is kind of the equivalent to Uptown. Lots of restaurants and new apartments.
West 7th :: UNIVERSITY DRIVE NORTH AND WEST 7TH ST., Ft. Worth, TX. 76107 ::

Magnolia Avenue, south of downtown, is more akin to Deep Ellum or Bishop Arts. Low-rise older architecture and more hipster.

There are also some places to live downtown with lots of young professionals, like The Depot, among many others. Downtown Fort Worth Apartments | The Depot Fort Worth, TX 76102

Be careful about The Depot. It gets a LOT of highway and railroad noise...
