Hello Everyone! Me and my family are thinking about moving to Texas.. I work in motion graphics (animation for TV, Commercials, or films). So I have to work near the "metropolitan" areas.

Some people have suggested to live in the city and others have suggested away from the city. I am family orientated person. I'm not looking for the club/party scene life. Could you guys please suggest a family orientated neighborhood with good schools that's close too or in Forth Worth? I'd probably be looking for a one story 4 bedroom 3 bath....

-Thanks in advance

Do you have a price range and sq ft size for housing? Do you want more of a master planned community? Country feel? Younger family, empty nester? Do you have kids now or looking towards the future?

You said you needed to be close to metro, are you trying to be closer to Ft. Worth or Dallas or in between to possibly commute to both? The reason I ask because there is a big studio in Los Colinas in Irving.

Im not in real estate, just have done a lot of research in our move here and once you take a look at everything that is available, you get a little loopy from all the choices
