We currently live in Southlake and are actively looking for a lot in Westlake. Our budget is around $450K which led us to Vaquero Club and Granada, the neighborhood planned just northeast of Vaquero. We know the area very well, but were wondering if anyone knew any news about lots in the Granada neighborhood. We looked at Terra Bella, but the acre lots are $500K and up.

Any past experience, news, or advice for purchasing a lot in Westlake?

Thanks!

I highly doubt you will get anything for that budget in Westlake and certainly not in vaquero ...unless that is your budget for land alone

We're looking for lots…like the original post says. And yes, there are a number of lots under our range.
