Anyone worked with / dealt with / built with Key Life Homes before? I searched and couldn't find anything previously on this forum. They have some lots available in Euless - in GCISD. thanks in advance

PS I was able to find lots of info on these boards about K.Hovnanian (KHOV K hovnanian) and Grand - SO GLAD I LOOKED HERE FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a small builder who has built decent homes in the Irving area for years.

They buy small pieces of land and build affordable homes. Decent builder.

Good job researching Grand. Wise move.

Stay away from Key Life Homes. Inexperienced, poor workmanship, lack of integrity to correct mistakes. Simply lacking knowledge in many areas which will cost you time & money, cause much frustration, and leave you with a undesirable end result that you'll have to either live with or spend more of your own money to have corrected.
