Outside of Frost Tower (pretty much finished), here is the image of all proposed buildings in downtown:



The Worth is going to be 30, officially.

Three 30 story towers in the core being proposed is nice. The gateway block I suspect will be where the rumored Fort Worth New tallest building will be located.

Also, there's a block next to The Worth Residences site that's being scouted for a potential second building.

It borders my development. Good thing I just retired and don't have to deal with commuting. Old Decatur Road has been a disaster for the last year as they have been widening it.

The only positive will be the red light into the development, which I believe was a concession to the residents.

I'll see how it goes...may be time to move.

That Quarry Falls area is just a run off collection for the airport and the cement plant to the south. Not really a place worthy of a beach and i sure wouldn't go into the water.
