Hi everyone,

We lived in Benbrook in the early 90's. We are looking to move back to the Fort Worth area. We prefer FW over DFW. We office out of our home and will be flying out of DFW airport weekly. Looking for a 4 bedroom, 2+ baths. No kids in school. Would like to keep cost at around $250,000.

It has been so long since we have been in the area, so much has changed. We would like a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would love a home with a pool. Single story preferred, not mandatory.

We have looked at NRH and HEB.

Thanks so much,

Kay

Look in N. Arlington or Euless for that pricing near DFW airport and in Tarrant County. I think that's what you are asking. You'll get best value in N. Arlington...and some nice custom homes w/pools in that range close to airport.

Thank you. We will look there as well. Currently, in El Paso. Taxes are high here, but utilities are not.
