I read the following article from Sundance Square Fort Worth - Home. Go SS! (I edited out the advertising paragraphs as indicated by the "...".)

Sundance Square Goes Green - With Green Mountain Energy Company!

Visiting Sundance Square for shopping, dining and entertainment always makes you feel good. Now, you can feel even better about spending time in Sundance Square. Why? Because we’ve entered into a historic partnership with Green Mountain Energy Company, the only electricity provider in Texas dedicated to cleaner energy.

In 2008, Sundance Square will become Texas’ largest green power purchaser in the real estate industry, and the second largest real estate purchaser of renewable energy in the United States. Whether you live, work or play in Sundance Square, it’s a great feeling to know that we’re purchasing a significant amount of renewable energy.

“Through this partnership with Green Mountain, we’re making a real commitment to help reduce greenhouse emissions,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square. “We also want to help spread the message about renewable energy and the positive impact it has on the environment.”

Green Mountain, based in Austin, was selected for its competitive rates and leadership in renewable energy. Green Mountain offers homeowners and businesses an easy way to make a difference with 100% pollution-free energy made from renewable sources such as wind and water.

What’s the impact of renewable energy in Sundance Square?

Through the partnership with Green Mountain, Sundance Square will purchase renewable energy to offset 10 percent of its annual energy needs for the next five years, an estimated 6.3 million kilowatt-hours of green power. By using renewable energy sources, we’ll offset approximately 8.5 million pounds of carbon dioxide, a harmful greenhouse gas that leads to global warming. That’s the equivalent of taking 760 cars off the road per year, or the amount of carbon dioxide absorbed by over 516,000 trees in one year.
