I am looking for a person/company who can install an antenna in an attic and connect to one TV. I also am looking for the best company/rates on internet service ONLY. Any recommendations?

Check the bulletin board at "Fry's Electronics" inside the store, not sure if other mega electronic stores allow that. A lot of handy people advertize their services there. Also the greensheet has lots of ads for internet services only.

I think I'd go with DSL with your local phone company if I were you...have you checked into that yet?

Half of what hypocore said is incorrect. Yes, analog TV will be going away in 2009. But antennas used to get current analog TV signals can also be used to fetch digital signals. Therefore, an antenna someone gets today will be good indefinitely.
Thread starter, call local electricians and ask them for a free quote. I hired an electrician to run a cable line to another bedroom that my satellite installer refused to do.
