Fairly new to the area & I'm looking for a place to sell some craft items. Are there any flea markets (indoor or outdoor in the FW area? Any info on locations, table / booth rates & hours would be appreciated...

There is a flea market that is just south of Will Rogers. Haven't been there, but have driven by it. There is a HUGE one in Grand Praire and of course, you have Canton, but those two aren't that local.

Texas Best Flea Markets!
Cattle Barn flea market in Fort Worth is good. It won't be happening while Stock Show is going on.
Weatherford also has a first weekend flea market.
The one in Grand Prairie is Trader's Village. It is huge!

During the fall season there are craft shows that travel to local high schools (every weekend it's a different school). The schools host them as fund-raisers and I believe they receive their money from the rental of space and a small admittance fee.

They are held during the fall season because many are selling Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items. Also the school's clubs set up tables to sell their own things as well. However, there are all kinds of items being sold besides seasonal ones. Some of the people only sell during this season, using the rest of the year to make the items they are selling. (A friend of mine makes and sells jewelry this way)

These are open to anyone who wants to rent a space. I don't know if there is a specific organization that may be the contact for these or if it is all handled by the schools. You should be able to contact one of the schools as find out how it works, if you are interested in this route.

Has anyone been to Henderson Street Bazaar? Comments?
I'm debating between this & Traders Village, which I'm sure is much better. It's just a bit more of a drive & I'm not sure about the massive size of the place as a 1st time seller.

I'd go with the one on Henderson Street. That one caters to the Hispanic population from the north and south sides of the city. If you're selling handicrafts stick with the cow barns. They have another clientele. Good luck! Years ago I sold stuff at flea markets. Trader's Village then was tough to get a space to sell.

Thanks, Cw!
Drove by Trader's this afternoon & it definitely looks overwhelming. I think I'll try Henderson this weekend. Will probably try Cattle Barn once it reopens after Rodeo & Super Bowl.
