I am needing to find a rental within commuting range of the Southside of Arlington on short notice. I will likely have to rent it sight unseen and use photos/videos to make my determination.

If anyone has any leads on places for rent that could accommodate my situation or property management companies it would be much appreciated. If someone reading this is a Real Estate Agent that handles leases, even better!

I am needing a 3 or 4 bed, 2 bath under $1200 I would like to be within a 30 min commute of the Duncanville to South Arlington area. In order of preference I am looking for a house, townhouse, apartment

Finding a safe place to live for that price will not be easy.

I'm renting a 1br in Arlington for $900/mo. Rent prices here are ridiculous compared to where I moved from.

7022 Flaxford Trl, Arlington, TX 76001 | Zillow

Look on zillow.com in zip codes 76001, 76017 or 76016. All perfectly safe areas. However, most Landlords will not lease without meeting you. I certainly will not.
