Most places I've tried in dallas have catfish but it lacks that seasoning that you would find in the southern states. Also the breading is very light. I've tried the place at the farmers market and it wasn't good.

Does anyone know who makes the best seasoned catfish in the fort worth area?

I like Catfish Sam's in Arlington. Drew's off of Camp Bowie in Fort Worth has good catfish. My favorite, Destiny's Cajun on Lancaster in Fort Worth, closed in September.

Not the seasoning you're looking for, but I like the catfish combo at Lisa's on University. Two large fillets, two small (but generous) sides, a generic roll, and a drink for less than 6 bucks. I can't speak to the other locations.
