Im doing a poll to see where people prefer to work out. do you prefer being in a gym with other people, or would you prefer to be in a home environment with a trainer one on one. and if this service was available would you use it?

so just reply with
#1 in a gym
# trainers home (and a comment on your opinion of this service)

I used to belong to a gym and I worked out with a trainer there. Now I prefer using handheld weights at home and walking outside.

Your results will be biased by the title of this thread.

For the record, I prefer working out in a gym.

not really the title may get peoples attention but its not going to change their minds about their opinion of working out.

Default gym or not to gym?

I like hand weights and walking outside. I hate the gyms with all the barbie dolls and plastic kens.

I walk, and walk and walk....I walk 1-2 hours a day. Right now I am in training for the 3day for Breast Cancer.
Gyms...not fond of, though used to go 4-6 days a week about 20 years ago when I was in college. But there is not one close where I live now, and like Catherine, I love outside!

I love to walk and our gym has a great outdoor track and well as an indoor track, but the attraction for me is the huge indoor swimming pool. I prefer swimming in an outdoor pool, but the indoor pool is great for winter.
