Thank you all so much! Is crime an issue in any of those areas? What is the crime situation overall in FWD area? Homeless problem?

Don't forget about the Monticello neighborhood just west of downtown. In your price range and close to everything.

Yes! That’s a nice area. It’s near TCU and Colonial Country Club.

I wouldn't recommend commuting to Fort Worth from Colleyville.

It’s not a bad commute on 121. I made that drive for 3 years from Grapevine. It’s about 40 minutes.
