What are the areas of Fort Worth most similar to Highland Park in Dallas? With same type of architecture, parks and stores, restaurants?

The closest thing would be the neighborhood surrounding the Colonial Country Club.

Historic neighborhoods, but don’t have the schools at the same level as Highland Park. Highland Park is a separate town, its not actually Dallas. These neighborhoods are in FTW and use FTW schools.

Mistletoe
Berkeley
Arlington Heights
Jersey Hill
Forest Park

If you live in Fort Worth and can afford Highland Park you'll either send your kids to Tanglewood Elementary, Paschal High honors program or a private school.
