This is a house in a SW Arlington culdesaq in a gradually downward slope to the end of a cul-de-saq. Each house, going up from the base of the culdesaq to Kelly Elliott (the main thorofare) is a bit elevated from the house next door. Our place is 3rd in from KE, with about 5 more houses downward. Our long side driveway to the garage borders the higher neighbor’s retaining wall. We have water collecting at the end of the driveway where it bends in front of the side entry garage. In very heavy rains, water seeps into the garage. Lots of it. We have 3 surface drains and a drainage pipe out to the street which effectively delivers water (its fully cleared) in normal raining. But big problem in heavy rains when the garage floods and thretens to enter the house. So, I need really good advice.

Having trouble getting estimates to address this issue and hoping some of you CD’ers might know contractors to recommend. Please!
