We moved late last year and our previous house is on the market. Since we downsized we went through everything and set aside a lot of stuff including some furniture that we wished to get rid of. We were originally planning to donate it all to charity but we haven't had time to box everything up and move it to the garage plus we can't move some of the furniture in the second-floor walk-in attic without help. Does anyone know of a service they'd recommend who would take care of this for us?

No experience with them, but I see their trucks around from time to time.

I expect you are looking for help packing it up and hauling it out? If so have you spoken to local churches who may have youth groups that would do this? Go beyond just a Catholic, Baptist, etc., church and look for the non-conventional ones as well.

You can speak with The Salvation Army to see if they work with groups that would bag/box/move items so they (The Salvation Army) can pick them up. https://satruck.org/

Donation Town is also another organization that links you to many charities that pink up for free. They may also be able to help. DonationTown Some of the charities are AmVets, Hospice, and many local charities. They may also be able to help with the bag/box/move out of storage situation.
