I think prices are leveling out across the US now. Seeing it here in NJ too. Inventory is up a bit so that's a contributing factor, as are the slowing rising interest rates.

A lot of people have taken advantage of the situation including homeowners who have strategically bought/sold homes over the past 12-15 years

Cities have benefitted from higher tax profiles although they haven’t always put that back into infrastructure with better roads, upgraded water systems, better drainage

Not just CA move here—
People from other states w/lower home prices to because of our strong economy
