Wonderful! It's nice to be reminded of some beautiful old buildings we have downtown and of the neat newer ones as well. I've been in many of those buildings, walked many of those streets and driven down most all of them at some point in my life. Very cool!

What Fort Worth lacks in skyline, it makes up for on the ground level. Downtown became a pedestrian friendly place after years of decay. Before the 80's, downtown was nothing.

Unfortunately no. This was my first time in the downtown area, so don't know where it's located. I probably walked pass it by a block I'm sure. I've seen photos of it so I'm sure I missed out bigtime.

RGV, I always love your pics.
Fort Worth looks like a nice city. I love the area with the colorful brick sidewalks and streets. I also thought the building with the two angels is just beautiful.
I can't believe everything is so nice and green down there. The leaves on the trees are full and you've got flowers growing already. And what's up with the shorts and tank tops?
We're getting ready for a snowstorm up here.

The FW Water Gardens is very close to the FW Convention Center you walked by. It's right off Throckmorton St., just past the Conv. Center (if that was on your left). Def. do check it out the next time you're in downtown cow town.
