My son has a pocket watch that has stopped working and he's asked me to take it somewhere for repair. It's probably not worth much but it has a great deal of sentimental value for him. Does anyone have a place to recommend?

I use a clock repair shop on Hwy 26 in NRHills—for my older wall chiming clock—
He repairs all kinds of wall and standing clocks—-
You might call there and see if they could recommend a watch repair for that particular watch

I have had battery changed and watch cleaned at a jeweler’s in Hurst on Pipeline right by the 121/820/Glenview intersection
Forget the name
But no real repair work...
You want someone that won’t screw it up worse...

try one of these:

When Time Stands Still in Denton - (940) 591-9187
Hardys Jewelry in Fort Worth - (817) 900-2777 - Used them to repair a Revue Thommen of significant age

There is also a place over in Dallas called Doc's I think it is somewhere on Harry Hines Blvd.
