I am also looking for houses in that same area, we are relocating from Indiana, I have found some awesome homes for 125 and less in and near that area, Ft Worth, Hurst, Keller etc. Go to (broken link) they have a ton of listings and you can search for house type and school etc. I am sure you will find something

I live in NRH and I love the North Ridge School. They are said to be one of the best schools in NRH. It is under Birdville ISD. I also have the a great realitor if you want his name and number. He bends over backwards for you..

Good schools in the area. I'm not sure but I believe NRH is in the Birdville ISD. I live within a stone's throw of the Birdville stadium in NRH (although I live in Hurst). The whole area is great, with good schools. Watauga, Keller, Hurst, NRH, we just love the area. Our daughter is in Bedford Middle School and likes it very much. In my opinion, North Richland Hills is really up and coming. The communities that make up the area are great and there are plenty of shops, places to eat, and you're only minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and maybe 30 - 45 minutes from Dallas. The area really is growing a little to fast though and traffic is getting progressively worse, but that is to be expected. One day I want to move out into the country somewhere and just live off the land. :-)
