What is going up on Sylvania south of 4th?

Apartments or condos?

If you’re referring to the area across 4th from Martin House, I believe that’s condos. There have been some apartments proposed in that neighborhood but I don’t think any of the plans have stuck. There was also talk of some more retail going in that area with a relocated Enchiladas Ole being mentioned. There’s a pretty large apartment development going up across 121 at Oakhurst Scenic and and Belknap, so the rental units are creeping farther south.
